Australia Melbourne?

The first week of June was crazy! I had to rush my assignments because I had to leave on the 6th for Melbourne. :)

So yea, I went to AUSTRALIA! So far and so many hours of flight.
It's my first plane ride in 9 years.
First 8 hours ride in the airbus.
First AirAsia experience (not a good one.. haha).
First time in Australia.
First time leaving to another country without my family with me.
First winter experience.
First time seeing so many foreign people.

This sounds jakun, but it was very very new to me. And me lovee..

Australia is awesome. :) Maybe because it's my first time travelling so far away. I was already happy and enjoyed the journey while I was on the plane before reaching the ground of Australia.

The people that was there with me : Siao Tong, Lee Fang, Jun Hien, Wei Cheng and Catherine of course, my sister.

Day 1
- We woke up really EARLY! About 6 am Melbourne time and 4 am MALAYSIAN time!!
- We went to Victoria Market. Shopped for nougats and few souvenirs.
- Went to the City, shopped for clothes.
- Evening, meet up with Michelle in the library and followed her back to her house. :)
- Night, reached home and sleep.

It was cold, and I was stupid enough to wear a very thin clothed long pants and a t-shirt, covered with a coat.

Day 2
-We woke up late and therefore we were late for that tourguide thingy.
-Everyone in that van was giving us the stare, and the tourguide kept saying stuff that indirectly insults us.
-We went to Ballarat. Gold Museum, Gold mining and Sovereign Hill - it's a place where the people during the olden days dig for gold. ( some of them dressed up like it was the olden days. )
- Reached the City about evening, and had hot chocolate in QV mall. (I think it's a mall)
- Night, we went to the Flinders Bridge and took some pictures. Walked around.

I'm a little smarter this time, wore jeans. HAHA! and long sleeved shirt with a jacket and a coat. 3 layers. :)

Day 3
- This time we woke up early and beat that tourguide guy! He was surprised we were early. hahah. My sister warned me that it will be really cold in Great Ocean Road. So I better prepare for it.
- I wore a long sleeved shirt, my grey jacket, my sister's red knitted jacket and a coat. 4 layers. :D Oooh, and gloves and scarf. Boy, how ready was I? HAHA. I looked like a penguin and so rounded.
- So, 3 hours ride to see the 12 apostles. It's actually 12 huge stones...
- We reached there, we were walking down that lane and the wind was getting stronger. It drizzled a little bit and stop. The wind is still there!! And it's getting worse. My cap and my scarf flew off. We were fighting against the wind to walk to the end of the lane. And it started raining ICE! It was small little round ice but many many of those flying to your face, it hurts.
- Instead of walking to see the stones, we ran back inside. It was damn scary okay. My face and fngers were numb.
- Another 3 hours ride back to the City.
- Took tram back home.

Day 4
- Breakfast at Chapel Street ( if I'm not mistaken) Eggs and bread and pies.
- Then, Kangaroos and Koalas and PENGUINS! :)
- Fed the kangaroos, watch the koala sleeping and penguins coming out of the sea.
- All cute, all adorable. Except for the koalas, they look so lazy! All they did was roll up and sleep.
- It was already night, when we watched the penguins waddling up to their burrows.
- Reached home and snoooze!

Day 5
- D.F.O : Direct Factory Outlet.
- Which means SHOPPING! HAHA. Okay, it was CRAZY cheap. Almost everything is cheap. So yes, I shopped, my sister allowed me to anyway. :D
- Rest at home for a moment, and out to Piazza Pizza in Chapel Street for dinner.
- My sister meet up with her friends in San Churro. Another hot chocolate place.
- After that, Lee Fang, Jun Hien, Wei Cheng, Wei Din and I went to the Crown!
- It took us 2 hours to reach there cause Jun Hien and Wei Din was experimenting with the camera. Hahah.
- Inside the Crown, we went to the Casino. My first time again! :) I played blackjack and Sic Bo. It's the chinese game, where diced were rolled inside a container, and you're suppose to guess whether it's big or small.
- Back home about 3 am.

Day 6
- We went to Victoria Market again. Just to drop all of them there.
- After that, my sister and I went to St. Kilda Beach!
- It took us quite long to find this beach cause we didnt know where was it.
- We found it anyway! It was a nice beach. :) This is where I scoop the sand back home.
- We ate sushi rolls, which was really awesome. And snapped a lot of pictures.
- Time to pack our stuff and bid our goodbyes. :(
- We head off to the airport at about 9 pm.

Day 7
- In the plane since day 6. I watched the sunrise, which was really beautiful.
- I reached LCCT about 7:10am. Bought some chocolates and head to Lee Fang's house in Bukit Tinggi.
- Went to wy's house and we went to Curve, had lunch in Bubba Gump and watched some breakdancing in Cineleisure.

It was really really tiring. But it was all worth it.
As for now, time to be stressed cause I have missed 19 hours of class.
Wish me luck! I have one assignment due next thursday and I have not started yet.
AHhhhH! hahah...
Man, I kinda hate this stressful things now. So much to catch up! :(
OOoh yea, I can't upload the pictures. I have no idea why but I will soon, I hope. hehh

The Rage?

I have been losing my temper a lot lately.

I'm afraid that..

I have changed.

Tuesday, May 5, 2009

It's the new one.

I guess I gave up uploading the pictures for Genting. hahah.

Anyway, results came out last week. It was okay. A good okay. :) I'm happy with it.
And now my second semester starts. I'm taking 5 subjects again.
All 5 requires a lot of reading.

- Communication Research (Intro)
- Communication Law and Ethics
- Media Issues and Contents
- Social Psychology (Intro)
- Moral

So here comes another busy and crazy semester. And I was told that Media Issues is really really difficult, as it is mostly based on critical thinking. Grr.
But Ms Nalena said it is possible to handle it, and YES, I am going to prove her right.
Hello to all boring-theories-journals... Here I come.

As a new semester begins, I am going to pump myself with all good spirits.
Focus on the rewards that I will achieve by the end of the diploma program.
Scholarships are not impossible.
Let's pray about it.

My 'oliday

Just changed the song.
The Rescues - Break Me Out.
Nice one. :)

I went to Genting Highland last Saturday.
With Whayying, Yeeling, Christy, little brother, Christopher and YL's mom and dad. This holiday, I'd say it's my very very very FIRST holiday after 2 dreadful long years.
Wait, it wasn't that long but only now I realised that I haven't been enjoying my days with a nice holiday.

Though Genting is like a super classic getaway, I had fun. :)

I had loads of laughs, got traumatised by that Haunted Adventure.
Felt guilty for making Christopher cry. hehe.
Well, that's cause I convinced him to enter that Haunted Adventure.

I'll post up pictures in the next post. :)

This Saturday, Whayying and I are going to perform for Meg's 21st birthday party.
Yeay! We wrote a song specially dedicated to her. Hope she'll like it.
Now, we gotta rehearse like mad. Cause I have problems with remembering the melody.
HAHAH. :P

This girl is Meg.

The Little Hulk! haha. She's really fun to be with. And yes, she the one who breaks the ice when we all first met in College. She turned 21 yesterday.

So, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY. :)

It is the mixture.

Whee. I officially completed my first semester in Inti. And 6 more to go.
Anyway, I am having 2 weeks holiday. No plans yet. Except that the second week I'll be working in Inti. Hmm.

I'm gonna rediscover myself.
Things are so tangled up in a knot that I couldn't see the big picture.
Man, I need bigger eyes.

Brighter than Sunshine

I just had my Malaysian Studies finals today. :) It's over. One task done. 4 more to go!
And surprisingly, I am not panicking for my upcoming subjects. Maybe I will, as time is running out. haha.
I just came from Harvest, enjoyed their musical. Awesome. :) Wish I could be involved in Performing Arts now. Hmmm..

I am no more... mud low-ish. I am a little lifted, not as dull.

Man, I'm missing these moments. :(

Mud Low

Today or actually, this week, I've been kind of low.
Depressed moments are back? I guess. It is not as if I am having a depression. But no, neither PMS. I'm a little confuse here.

Exam is next week. I am a little worried because it is 40% and I have not done my part yet.
I need to cheer up. :(
